Fixings (serves 1)
- 1 heating potato
- whatever filling you favor
- Preheat stove to 200'C/Gas stamp 6
- Wash and dry the potato, prick with a fork, put in the highest point of the stove for 1-2 hours (contingent upon the extent of the spuds) - until the potatoes are cooked through and fresh on the outside
- To cook on a grill or campfire: wrap the washed and pricked potatoes separately in foil and cook in the coals of the grill or blaze for 1-2 hours
- Then again, heat the potatoes in the stove or microwave until verging on cooked, then complete them off on the grill flame broil to fresh them up
Helpful tip
Accelerate cooking time by microwaving potatoes for 10 minutes prior to placing them in the broiler or on the BBQ
